I am a licensed mental health therapist committed to helping women navigate some of life’s most challenging and personal transitions. My work is centered on guiding women back to a place of self-connection, confidence, and empowerment especially during times that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or deeply isolating.

I have extensive experience supporting women through trauma, infertility, pregnancy, motherhood, and adoption. Many individuals I work with feel disconnected from themselves, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of their sense of identity. In therapy, you are given the space to openly explore these experiences without judgment or the pressure to suppress what you’re feeling.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, with a strong emphasis on the connection between the mind and body. I incorporate somatic-based techniques to help you become more attuned to your physical and emotional responses, regulate your nervous system, and process experiences that may be difficult to articulate.
