Specializes in Relationships
Stuart Hepler (He/Him), MSW
Are you and your partner feeling disconnected, stuck, or increasingly frustrated with one another? Maybe communication has become difficult, intimacy has changed, or unresolved hurts have created distance. You may still care deeply about one another, but feel uncertain about how to reconnect or where to begin. There is hope. Relationships can heal, patterns can change, and couples can learn to connect in healthier ways. My own experience has taken me through many of the same challenges and struggles that couples face. I bring compassion, empathy, and understanding, and a willingness to offer honest challenge when needed.
I seek to provide a calm, caring space where both partners feel heard while gaining practical tools and insight. My hope is to help you find a path toward greater connection, healthier communication, meaningful repair, and, when possible, a relationship that is truly thriving. I can also support those considering separation or divorce who are seeking clarity and care as they navigate that process, or those preparing for marriage, helping them build a healthy foundation. Finding the right therapeutic connection can take time. Happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. If not the right fit, I am happy to share referrals.
